- Thank you for visiting my online gallery. I strive to create fine art in the form of a dialogue that allows each viewer to retain a personally unique aspect from each piece of artwork. As a goal, I guide my “artistic dialogue” to cultivate both individual creativity and emotion for the viewer. As each piece is unique, I aim to capture emotion and secure it to canvas and invoke imagination of the who, what, when, where, and why of each piece. My artistic process attempts to incorporate detail, color, and design - people and places become reflected through original oils and fine charcoals.
A self-taught painter, I pursued artistic avenues from a very young age. My goal is to combine genuine passion and artistic dedication to address various subject matters, including abstract paintings, scenic landscapes, and portraits that convey details from life’s experiences. My current residence in Washington, DC affords ample opportunities to explore and expand these thematic subjects.
As my subject matter constantly evolves, my fine art techniques continually progress. Additionally, even though other artists shun away commissioned pieces, I welcome the opportunity to work collaboratively towards the mutual vision of a finished piece.
